Message	You can argue this point, but I think the definition of rice is when people try to draw attention to aftermarket equipment (real or fake) on their cars. ie) vinyl stickers, huge exhaust, giant wings, AND mismatched paint on bodyparts. People that know just know, everything else is shock value for the peanut gallery.
